At the Department of Youth Development, we’re excited to attend the Taste of Soul Festival, a vibrant celebration of Black culture and diverse traditions on historic Crenshaw Boulevard. As the largest one-day free street festival in Los Angeles, this annual event attracts nearly 350,000 visitors every third Saturday in October to experience all things soulful. From the finest local, ethnic, and international food vendors to electrifying live performances of Gospel, R&B, Jazz, and Dance, there’s something for everyone. With social and healthcare resources, themed pavilions, renowned visual artists, and family-friendly activities, the Taste of Soul Festival truly captures the essence of community and cultural pride. We’re thrilled to be a part of this powerful experience and look forward to connecting with our community!
