The County of Los Angeles Department of Youth Development (DYD) is seeking information about organizations that support justice-involved youth between the ages of 12 and 25, who are transitioning from incarceration and reintegrating into their communities, to identify future partners to support this community-based mentorship and reentry navigation and support program.
